Jess Knowles

Jess Knowles is a seasoned professional in talent development with extensive experience in various roles at the Co-op from November 2015 to the present, including Senior Talent Development Partner and Learning Pathways Manager. Jess specializes in creating innovative learning solutions, strategically aligning learning initiatives with business needs, and overseeing comprehensive learning programs across diverse business areas. Prior to the Co-op, Jess worked at John Lewis, where responsibilities included delivering impactful learning interventions and managing learning development plans, and held roles at Waitrose focusing on operational and personnel management. Jess holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
