Michael Henderson

Michael Henderson is an experienced Project Manager currently working at the Co-op, having transitioned from the Strategy & Change Department to the Strategy and Implementation Department, where responsibilities include leading company-wide projects across various sectors such as Funeral care and Digital. Previously, Michael held roles including Supply Chain Project & Change Manager, managing logistics change projects, and National Logistics Waste Coordinator, overseeing waste and recycling operations at 12 distribution centers. As Chairman of E-Quality Football Club since January 2022, Michael advocates for a fair and subscription-free model for grassroots youth football. Michael's career began with various logistics roles at the Co-op and a brief stint as Office Administrator at Sunderland Council for Voluntary Services. Michael holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management and Leadership from Anglia Ruskin University.
