Patrick Barnes

Patrick Barnes is currently the Service Design and Transition Lead at the Co-op, where they focus on optimizing service delivery. Previously, they served as Service Transition Manager at Vodafone Business, managing large-scale IT service transitions for critical national infrastructure. Patrick started their career as a Contract Analyst at Electronic Data Systems and later worked as Configuration Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where they contributed to CMDB development. They also held the role of Service Asset and Configuration Manager at Vodafone, overseeing major asset and configuration projects. Patrick earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Staffordshire University.
