Phil Johnson

Phil Johnson is an experienced procurement and supply chain professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Senior Category Manager at Co-op since January 2018, Phil has previously held key positions including Sourcing Manager at Barclays and Purchasing Manager at H. J. Enthoven and Sons. Additional experience includes roles as Supply Chain Manager at Sunwin Services Group and Procurement Manager at The Co-operative Group, along with a significant tenure as Purchase Manager at JCB, where responsibilities included managing a £100m annual spend and overseeing a team of buyers. Phil's career began at Federal-Mogul as Global Commodity Manager. Phil holds a MCIPS degree from The University of Salford and completed training at QA Training in 2012.
