Simon Hunter

Simon Hunter has extensive experience in supply chain management, primarily with Co-op since December 2011, where Simon currently serves as the Supply Chain SAP Change and Improvement Manager. In this role, Simon leads SAP optimization initiatives and enhances data integrity, reporting, and store service. Previous positions at Co-op include Supply Chain Manager and Operational Information Manager, focusing on forecasting and planning. Prior experience includes a Digital Marketing Manager role at Bite Digital, where Simon oversaw SEO and PPC teams, and a Special Constable position with Greater Manchester Police. Simon holds a BSc in Management and Information Technology from Alliance Manchester Business School and A-Levels in Computing, Mathematics, and Economics from Methodist College Belfast.
