Steff Martin

Steff Martin has extensive experience in the retail sector, particularly in operations management, spanning several notable positions since 1983. Currently serving as Regional Operations Manager at The Co-operative Group since January 2008, Steff leads a team of seven direct reports and over 2,800 store colleagues, overseeing the profitability of 120 food stores with an annual turnover of approximately £365 million. Prior to this role, Steff held the position of Operations Manager at North East & Cumbrian Co-op, managing 17 food stores with an annual turnover of around £36 million, and was an Area Manager at Alldays Stores Ltd, responsible for 21 food stores generating an annual turnover of about £30 million. Education includes internal training from 1983 to 2015 and attendance at Alnwick Lindisfarne Middle from 1978 to 1981.
