Stephen Elliot

Stephen Elliot is an experienced buying and sourcing professional with extensive expertise in the retail sector, particularly in fresh produce and consumer goods. Currently working as a Buying Manager at Co-op since July 2018, Stephen manages the buying of baby, skincare, and sanitary products, along with bread and morning goods under the Membership division. Previously, Stephen held various buying and sourcing roles at Tesco PLC from July 2012 to April 2018, focusing on whole head vegetables, ambient vegetables, and apple and pear procurement. Additional experience includes consultancy work, international sales management at Jupiter Marketing Limited, and a career beginning at The Co-operative Group. Stephen possesses a strong understanding of the supply chain, both domestic and international, supported by a solid educational foundation from Edinburgh Napier University and Jedburgh Grammar School.
