Tim Cutting

Tim Cutting is an accomplished Director of Corporate Development at The Co-op, overseeing M&A and development strategy for the organization’s non-Food businesses, including leading sectors such as funeral services and digital retail. With extensive experience in corporate finance and strategic project management, Tim has played a pivotal role in reshaping the Consumer Services division as part of the leadership team. Earlier career roles include serving as M&A Manager and Assistant Director at Deloitte, specializing in transaction services. Additionally, Tim contributes to governance as a Board Trustee for Co-op Academies Trust and as a Board Member at Coldham Windfarm Limited. Tim holds an ACA qualification and a BSc in Computer and Management Sciences from the University of Warwick.
