Tim Moscrop

Tim Moscrop is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in colleague engagement and evaluation strategies within Co-op, where roles have included Colleague Experience Manager, Evaluation and Insight Manager, and leading initiatives in Learning & Development. With a strong background in partnership with senior stakeholders to align learning interventions with business objectives, Tim has contributed significantly to Co-op’s employee engagement programs and the Rebuild initiative. Engaging in community-focused efforts through the Engage for Success movement, Tim has also supported the recruitment and coordination of apprenticeships, enhancing workforce development. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in History and Sociology from The University of Manchester and an MSc in Human Resource Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
