Tom Taylor is a qualified solicitor with extensive experience in pension scheme governance. Currently serving as the Lead Governance Manager at Co-op since December 2013, Tom acts as secretary to three pension schemes and oversees the Trustee Services team, ensuring that trustees effectively support members of the Co-op's pension schemes. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions at Addleshaw Goddard from August 2005 to December 2013, including Pensions Technical Manager, Pensions Technical Officer, and Associate. Tom is an alumnus of the University of Oxford.
