Arthur Andebe (MBA) has held various roles in the banking industry, with a focus on strategic business partnerships, digital integration, product development, and relationship management. Arthur started their career as a Graduate Clerk at Barclays before joining the Co-operative Bank of Kenya, where they served as a Co-operatives Relationship Officer in the Retail Banking division. Arthur later became the E-Credit Product Manager in the Retail Banking division, responsible for business development, product development, portfolio management, and relationship management. Arthur also worked as the Manager of Mobile Banking Partnerships and Integrations in the Retail and Business Banking division, where they implemented and enhanced the MCo-opCash platform. Arthur then transitioned to the Corporate Banking division and served as the Product Development Manager, focusing on transactional banking value propositions for corporate and SME clients. Arthur's most recent role was as the Head of Strategic Business Partnerships - Transaction Banking and E-Commerce in the Corporate and Institutional Banking division, where they led strategic partnership initiatives and developed partnership strategies aligned with the bank's overall business objectives.
Arthur Andebe holds a Bachelor's Degree in Education Arts with subjects in French and Business Studies and IT from Maseno University, which they obtained from 2005 to 2009. Arthur then pursued an MBA with a focus on Entrepreneurship from the United States International University - Africa, completing it from 2014 to 2016. In 2017, Arthur attended INSEAD for a program on Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption. Arthur has also obtained additional certifications in areas such as change management and product development.
