As the Company Secretary of the Co-op Bank Group, he has responsibility for the overall provision of legal counsel and company secretarial services, fraud prevention and investigations. He is also the Trust Secretary for the Co-operative Bank Foundation, a corporate social responsibility vehicle of the Bank.
