Karina Thomas

Karina Thomas is an experienced HR professional with a career spanning more than two decades. Since April 2008, Karina has held various senior titles at CO-RO, including Senior Global HR Business Partner, Senior HR Partner & Operations Manager, HR-partner, and HR Advisor. Prior to this, Karina worked at Air Liquide Danmark A/S from 2002 to 2008, serving in roles such as HR / Compensation/Benefit Manager and HR Manager for Denmark and Norway. From 1999 to 2002, Karina was the Personaleudviklingschef / HR Konsulent at A Post A/S / Danzas ASG, and earlier worked as Lønningsbogholder at Lundbeck from 1992 to 1999. Karina holds two Merkonom degrees in Personnel Development and Financial Management from Hillerød Erhvervsakademi and an HH degree from Ballerup Handelsskole.
