Rose Marie Gage, C.Dir, GCB.D, CCB.D, is an accomplished governance professional with extensive leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Vice-Chair and Independent Crown Agency Member for the Agricultural Research Institute of Ontario since 2014, Rose Marie has also held significant roles such as Chair of the Environmental, Social and Governance Committee at CO2 GRO Inc. and Vice-Chair at HEXO Corp. With a strong background in governance, transformation, and strategic leadership, Rose Marie founded Great Governance Matters and previously held CEO and senior executive positions at organizations like Ag Energy Co-operative Ltd. and Schneider Electric Canada.
