Shana Finnegan

Shana Finnegan is an executive coach at CO2 Partners. Prior to their current position, they served as the Chief Operating Officer at Sourcewell Technology and Managing Principal at bswing.

At Sourcewell Technology, Finnegan was responsible for leading the strategy and execution of the integration after the transition from TIES to Sourcewell. Shana acquired new talent, rebranded TIES to Sourcewell Technology, and moved the company to a new physical space. Finnegan also worked with the high profile client base to ensure retention.

As Managing Principal at bswing, Finnegan was responsible for managing a strategy and digital transformation agency/consultancy. Under their leadership, the company achieved double-digit growth and acquired top-performing talent. Shana also introduced new competencies to handle projects ranging between $10M to $100M with Fortune 100 clients. Finnegan designed and executed innovative solutions for pharmaceutical and industrial clients, adapting to new trends in the industry. Shana also aligned objectives with strategy, plan, and financials.

Shana Finnegan has a BA in PR/Com Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Shana is certified in Design Thinking from the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school). Shana is also certified in Executive Coach from CO2 Partners, LLC. In addition, they are certified in Professional Agile Leadership from Improving and Prosci Certified Change Management from Prosci. Lastly, they are certified in Systematic Innovation from Systematic Innovation, LLC - Darrell Mann.
