Javier Sanchez Cervigon has a diverse work experience in various industries. Javier founded CO2 Revolution in 2017, where they served as the Founder & Business Development Manager, focusing on connecting businesses with nature and providing sustainability solutions and carbon footprint compensation. Prior to this, they worked as an Area Manager at ALDI España from 2016 to 2018, overseeing social and environmental impact, advertising, merchandise, cost, and personnel management. Javier also served as a Customer Service Manager at IKEA Group from 2015 to 2016, responsible for personnel management, analyzing statistics, and solving customers' problems. Before that, they founded Rustik Soul, a start-up company in the fashion and sports equipment industry. Javier has also worked as a Sales Manager at LIDL Supermercados from 2011 to 2013, managing stores, merchandise, personnel, and advertising implementation. Javier also gained experience as a Department Manager at DECATHLON Internacional and in general operations at Inditex in 2010.

In 2012, Javier briefly attended LIDL TDL, where they obtained an Official Master's degree in Commerce logistics and distribution for managers.
