Ashley N. P. Allen is a seasoned sustainability leader with significant experience in corporate sustainability and climate strategies. Currently serving as Founder and President of CSO Copilot LLC and Senior Advisor for CO2EFFICIENT, Allen focuses on guiding clients through the complexities of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) frameworks. Previously, as Chief Sustainability Officer at Oatly, Allen enhanced sustainability efforts to gain competitive advantages in the plant-based sector, and at Mars, led initiatives on climate and land issues. Allen's earlier roles include positions at the U.S. Department of State, USAID, and the White House Council on Environmental Quality, contributing to national climate change policies and programs. Allen holds a Master of Public Administration in Environmental Science from Indiana University Bloomington and a Bachelor's in Environmental Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
