Erica T. has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Erica most recently worked as the Vice President at COEFFICIENT starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2020 to 2023, they held the position of Director of ITI's The Green Grid at The Green Grid Association, where they revitalized and led the industry association dedicated to optimizing the energy efficiency of data centers. Erica also served as the Senior Director, Environment, Sustainability and Regulatory Affairs at Information Technology Industry Council (ITI) during the same period, where they led various committees and developed industry positions on environmental and energy issues.
Before ITI, Erica held positions at the U.S. Department of State, including Director, Office of Middle East and Asia, and Chief of Staff at the Bureau of Energy Resources. Erica also worked at the U.S. Mission to the European Union as Energy, Environment, Science and Technology (EEST) Counselor, and at the U.S. Embassy Beijing as Environment, Science, Technology and Health (ESTH) Counselor. Their earlier roles include Senior Strategic and Economic Dialogue (S&ED) Coordinator at the U.S. Department of State, Economic External Unit Chief at the U.S. Embassy Beijing, Legislative Management Officer at the U.S. Department of State, and Environment, Science, Technology and Health Officer at the American Institute in Taiwan.
Overall, Erica has demonstrated expertise in energy efficiency, environmental sustainability, and regulatory affairs in various leadership positions across government agencies and industry associations.
Erica T. has a Masters in Public Policy from Princeton University. Erica also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations and Environmental Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
