Allan Cremonese is an accomplished project manager and career coach with extensive experience in technology and project management. Currently serving as a Project Manager at CI&T since June 2021, Allan also works as a Career Coach at Coach U since March 2012. Previous roles include various positions at IBM, from IT Developer to EAI Configuration Manager, and IT Production Support, where Allan gained expertise in business processes and critical application management. Prior to IBM, Allan coordinated IT projects at Unimed Braganca Paulista, overseeing significant initiatives such as hospital ERP deployment and infrastructure upgrades. Allan's educational credentials include an MBA in Project Management from USP/Esalq and degrees in Information Technology and Systems from Faculdade de Tecnologia de São Paulo and UFSCar.
