Jay Althoff

Jay has 20+ years of executive-level experience with domestic and international, public and private companies in varied industries and life stages, and is currently COO of MediaSilo, the world’s largest SaaS platform for video-driven creative workflows with more than 1,800 enterprise customers worldwide. Jay is passionate about building companies that provide high levels of service to their clients and to consumers. Prior to joining MediaSilo, he has served as CEO, CDO or Chief Strategy Officer of multiple VC-backed, early and growth stage companies in the digital health and business services verticals. Jay is also Board Chair for Common Impact, a nationally-recognized nonprofit that connects corporate employees to nonprofit organizations with proven models to tackle the greatest challenges the communities face. Jay graduated from Connecticut College and received his J.D. from The George Washington University. Before jumping fully into the early stage business universe in 2000, Jay was an investment banker at Westpac Banking Corporation in NYC, an associate focused on M&A at Ropes & Grey in Boston, and VP and General Counsel of Ekco Housewares.
