Laurie Shahon

Laurie has extensive experience investing in, operating and governing early to mid-stage private and public companies. She founded Wilton Capital Group, a private investment firm, in 1994. Prior to that, Laurie ran M&A and special projects at a private holding company, where she served as Vice Chairman and Chief Operating Officer of Color Tile, a 700-store flooring chain. Prior to that, she was an investment banker at Morgan Stanley and Salomon Brothers, where she founded and led the Retailing and Consumer Products Group. Laurie has served on numerous public and private boards, including Arbor Drugs, Eddie Bauer, KCG, Matrix Health and Safelite. She currently serves on the boards of Augmented Reality Concepts, Life Insurance Company of Boston and New York and Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust. Laurie is a graduate of Wellesley College and Columbia Business School, where she has been an Adjunct Professor.
