Zoe Rodriguez del Rey is an experienced water resources professional with a strong background in environmental science. Currently serving as the Water Resources Manager at the Coachella Valley Water District since November 2017, Zoe has progressed through various roles including Water Resources Supervisor and Water Resources Associate. Coachella Valley Water District
CVWD was formed in 1918 to protect and conserve local water sources. Since then, the district has grown into a multi-faceted agency that delivers irrigation and domestic (drinking) water, collects and recycles wastewater, provides regional storm water protection, replenishes the groundwater basin and promotes water conservation.
