Claudia Gagnon

Claudia Gagnon has over two decades of experience in project management and coaching development within the sports sector, currently serving as the Manager of the Project Management Office and the NCCP Project & Products Manager at the Coaching Association of Canada since August 2003. Claudia has successfully led the revision strategy for over 30 educational modules and coordinated testing with coach groups. Prior roles include Coaching Consultant, where Claudia supported National Sport Organizations with coach development plans, and Community Outreach Coordinator, where partnerships with Investors Group increased access to coaching training. Claudia also has experience as a Program Coordinator, working with General Motors to provide coaching grants, and previously held communications roles at Rogers Communications and Canadian Heritage. Claudia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Queen's University and a Diploma in Corporate Communications & Public Relations from Fanshawe College.
