Scott Searle

Scott Searle is an experienced educator and coach, currently serving as a Teacher and Department Head at the Ottawa Catholic School Board since October 2006, specializing in History and Civics. In addition to this role, Scott has been a Seconded Professor at the University of Ottawa since 2002, teaching future educators about curriculum development and assessment. Their coaching expertise is recognized through leadership positions, including Chairperson of the Coaches Committee at Softball Ontario and Master Coach Developer with the Coaching Association of Canada. Scott's involvement in sports extends to serving as a Board Member for Softball Canada and previously as a Head Softball Coach for both Softball Ontario and Obama for America as a community organizer during the 2012 campaign. Scott holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education from the University of Ottawa and a diploma in High Performance Coaching from the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario. Additionally, Scott was involved in political activities as the Riding President for the Conservative Party of Canada from 2004 to 2009.
