Kathryn Bean

Kathryn Bean is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, coaching, and business transformation. Currently serving as the Foundation Director at Coaching.com since August 2017, Kathryn bridges the gap between world-class coaches and nonprofit organizations. Prior to this role, Kathryn held various significant positions at TELUS from April 2003 to March 2019, including Sr. Strategy Manager for Business Transformation and Regional Chair of the Ottawa Connections women's network. Kathryn also contributes to Servus Credit Union as the Enterprise Change Management Lead from January 2023 to January 2025. Kathryn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation & Leisure Studies with a Business Option from the University of Waterloo and a Certificate in Workplace Wellness & Health Promotion from Centennial College.
