Sharada Chandrasekar

Sharada Chandrasekar started their career at Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited and worked there from September 1982 to August 1999 as a team member. They had the opportunity to interact with people across ranks and regions, gaining valuable experiences in understanding human behavior. Currently, at CFI since September 1999, they hold the titles of leadership & executive coach as well as professional coach & facilitator. As an internal coach, they have led programs on organizational learning and change management, along with guiding functional teams in articulating their KRAs and action plans. They have completed executive development programs at XLRI Jamshedpur and ASCI, Hyderabad.
