Dr. Agata Dulnik, MCC, is a seasoned executive coach and organizational psychologist with extensive experience in coaching and leadership development across various industries. Currently serving as Partner and Global Coaching Lead at Avvartes since 2018, Agata has worked with notable clients including Bridgestone, Pfizer, and Herbalife. In addition to leadership roles at CoachSource LLC and Landit, Agata engages with clients like Dell, Microsoft, and GSK. Agata’s expertise extends to contributions at CoachReady and Skillsoft, providing coaching for organizations such as Epic Games and PayPal. As a board member of the World Institute for Action Learning and former co-chair of the Human Resource Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland, Agata is committed to promoting effective coaching practices.
