Jovita Jenkins MBA PCC is an accomplished executive and leadership coach with extensive experience in guiding women leaders towards positions of power. Currently serving as Chief Founding Guide for Chief since August 2020, Jovita focuses on empowering senior women leaders to achieve success in the C-suite. As the founder and Chief Creative Officer of GOOYOW Group LLC since January 2011, Jovita specializes in executive coaching, leadership skills development, and career management. Additional roles include Executive Coach/Mentor at CoachSource LLC and Landit, and Board Advisor for Black Women in Technology TM. Jovita's background also includes a career at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where leadership development was a key focus, and a prior role as Director of Systems Integration at TRW. Jovita holds an Executive MBA from UCLA and a Master of Science in Mathematics from California State University, Los Angeles.
