Maria Cussell is a seasoned coaching professional with extensive experience in executive coaching and leadership development. As the Managing Director of Grow to Grow Ltd since 2014, Maria specializes in helping high-achieving leaders achieve success and fulfillment by connecting to their inner power. Maria's diverse background includes roles as an Associate at CoachSource LLC and Wondrous, as well as faculty member and director at the Centre for Coaching, where Maria contributed to training and assessing trainee coaches. Previous positions include Leadership Development Manager and Head of Coaching and Mentoring at Barclays Africa Group Limited, where Maria implemented global leadership programs and established coaching panels across multiple countries. Maria holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Henley Business School and a Master’s in Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaches.
