Selen Iskenderoglu

Selen Iskenderoglu, M.S., is a seasoned professional in coaching services and client relations, currently serving as the Manager of Coaching Services at CoachSource LLC since October 2021, after holding roles as Account Associate and Client Services Associate. Prior experience includes facilitating programs for Women In Data, focusing on enhancing diversity in data careers, and interning in customer success and organizational development at Immersion and Blue Shield of California, respectively. Selen has also contributed as a Student Organizational Culture Change Management Consultant for Citi and performed various research and teaching roles at the University of California San Diego while earning a Master's in Applied Psychology from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor's in Psychology from UC San Diego.
