Brad LaBauve

Brad LaBauve has worked in a variety of roles since 1999. In 1999, they began as an Assistant Store/Sales Manager at Recreational Equipment Inc. (REI). In 2009, they became an MBA student at Dominican University of California. From 2010 to 2018, they held a variety of roles, including Vice President/Board of Trustees (volunteer) at For the Bayou, Business Consultant/Independent Contractor, Enrollment Manager at Direct Dental Administrators, LLC, Marketing and Brand Consultant at Skip To Renew, Director Operations/Coach & Trainer/Co-Founder at FC Cypress Soccer Club, Youth Development Specialist, First Touch/Future Stars at Dynamos Select Soccer Club, and Coach/Mentor at CoachUp. In 2018, they began their current role as Training and Retention Facilitator at UPS.

Brad LaBauve obtained their MBA in GreenMBA Sustainable Enterprise from Dominican University of California in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in Strategic Management from Dominican University of California in 2008. Brad also obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) in Business/Brad'story from College of Marin in 2004. In addition to their degrees, Brad has obtained three certifications: a Double Goal Coach from the Positive Coaching Alliance in 2015, a F Youth Coaching License from the U.S. Soccer Federation in 2015, and a Level 1 Youth Coaching Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America in 2015.
