Randall Crail

Randall Crail has worked in a variety of roles since 2013. Randall began as a Varsity Soccer Head Coach at Drew School and then moved to a Recruiter and Business Development role at ADVANTIS Global Services. In 2014, they took on a Head Coach role at Fitkids Education and Training Private Ltd, a Supply Aquisition Team Project Coordinator (Contract) role at 42Floors, and a Sales Development Representative role at eFolder. In 2015, they became an Account Executive and Business Development at 3scale. In 2017, they took on a Business Development Manager/Inside Sales Director role at Riivos. In 2019, they became a Business Development Media Sales at Volta Charging and a Growth Marketing Consultant at Digioh. Randall is currently a Coach at CoachUp, endorsed by Steph Curry.

Randall Crail obtained a High School Diploma from Rowland Hall-St. Mark's School in 2005. Randall then went on to receive a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sociology and Anthropology from the University of Redlands in 2009. Finally, they completed a Master of Science (M.S.) in Parks, Recreation and Leisure Studies: Emphasis in Sport Management and Youth Development in Sport from the University of Utah in 2013. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in CPR, NFHS - Fundamentals of Coaching, and Positive Coaching Alliance - Double Goal Coaching.
