Philipp Zacher has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Philipp co-founded and served as CEO of Coachwhisperer since March 2019, and also founded the company in February 2019. In 2020, they were involved in the EXIST Gründestipendium program at Friedrich-Schiller-Universität Jena from October 2020 to January 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Advertising Supervisor at DFB from 2019 to 2021. From November 2016 to November 2018, they were a Kundendienstexperte at HUK-COBURG Dienstleistung GmbH, and from September 2013 to September 2015, they worked as a Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen at ERGO Group AG.
Philipp Zacher completed their education from 2015 to 2020 at Friedrich Schiller University Jena, where they earned a Staatsexamen degree in Sportwissenschaft (Sports Science). Prior to that, from 2013 to 2015, they attended Sebastian-Lucius-Schule Erfurt and completed an Ausbildung (training) in Kaufmann für Versicherungen und Finanzen (Insurance and Finance). In addition to their academic qualifications, Philipp Zacher obtained the UEFA B-Licence (international) from DFB (German Football Association) in November 2022.

We take training to the next level and help athletes and coaches reach their true potential with the worlds first live communication and monitoring system. 🦻💪 With Coachwhisperer's intercom system, the coach can speak with all of his players on the field in real-time. Coaches and players are connected through our innovative and wireless intercom system. The coach communicates with the players via our Soundstar sound vest, which has a small speaker that is built into the shoulder area. Through our iPad app, the coach can choose which players he wants to communicate with. He can address one player, an individually selectable group or the entire team. Both the coach and the player can benefit from live communication and instant feedback. 🚀 Additionally, we are developing our LiveHearo, which players wear in their ear, so that it can measure the athlete's heart rate, blood oxygen saturation and stress zones without restricting their movement. The coach receives a warning if the player exceeds a critical value. Using our Hearable, the athlete can be warned immediately to minimize the risk of injury and long-term damage. To prepare the team ideally for upcoming challenges, our training catalog with over 1000 exercises is the perfect tool for every coach. Through the opponent simulation, each player is optimally prepared for the next competitor. We are a spin-off of the Friedrich Schiller University and work closely with leading experts in sports science to ensure the quality of our product through the latest scientific findings. For our idea, we were awarded 1st place in Thuringia's largest technology competition and the Karl Kolle Prize (best tech startup from Central Germany), among others.
