Prior experience includes over 13 years at Quest Staffing Solutions in roles from Operations Manager to Account Manager, emphasizing service delivery and operational excellence. Dessica began career as a Call Centre Supervisor at Rewards Co and holds an MBA in International Business and a BSc in Cell and Environmental Biology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
