Dessica Ramsamy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human capital management and operations. Currently serving as the General Manager at CoActivate Group since January 2024, Dessica previously held various key positions at CCI South Africa from June 2017 to November 2023, including Head of Human Capital - Strategy and Analytics and Human Capital Systems and Analytics Specialist. Throughout eight years at CCI, Dessica focused on driving profitability through strategic contributions of human capital, enhancing employee engagement, and implementing technology solutions. Prior experience includes over 13 years at Quest Staffing Solutions in roles from Operations Manager to Account Manager, emphasizing service delivery and operational excellence. Dessica began career as a Call Centre Supervisor at Rewards Co and holds an MBA in International Business and a BSc in Cell and Environmental Biology from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
