Dan Salmons has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. Dan began their career in 1996 as a Management Consultant at The Berkeley Partnership. In 1998, they became a Founding Partner at Darwin Consulting, where they applied the emerging discipline of Strategy Dynamics to create rapid, insightful interactive models of markets and companies. In 2002, they joined Capital One as Vice-President Strategy (Europe), where they were responsible for leading strategy, planning and projects for a business of 2,500 staff, 4m customers and £4bn turnover. In 2007, they became Global Innovations Director at Barclaycard, leading a series of major innovation projects involving a team of up to 500 staff and an R&D budget of £10m+. In 2010, they became CEO Europe at ?What If! Innovation, bringing commercial focus to the business and introducing new service lines for Strategy and Transformation. In 2013, they became Managing Director of PayByPhone & PayPoint.net at PayPoint plc, a FTSE-250 financial services business. In 2016, they were an Advisory Board Member at Modulr, a business payments FinTech, and Interim CEO at Miura Systems Ltd, a global leader in the design, development and delivery of mobile POS (\"mPOS\") devices. In 2017, they joined NatWest Group as Director of Innovation, Home Buying and Ownership, and in 2020 they became Chief Executive Officer at Coadjute, a property technology business headquartered in London.

Dan Salmons has a diverse educational background. Dan studied Physics and Philosophy at Imperial College London from 1985 to 1988, earning a Bachelor's degree in Physics. Dan then attended the London Business School in 1998-1999 for the Dynamics of Strategy Executive Course, and again in 2000-2001 for the Corporate Finance Executive Course. In 2008-2009, they completed the Barclays Media Spokesperson degree from Barclays and an external provider. Dan also holds two certifications: Corda For Business Professional from R3 (obtained in February 2022) and ARCS.
