Seok-Won Lee is an experienced executive and researcher specializing in biomedical technology and engineering. As President and CEO of CoaguSense since May 2020, Seok-Won Lee has spearheaded the development of advanced anticoagulation monitoring solutions. Previously, Seok-Won Lee served as Senior Vice President and Head of R&D at i-SENS, Inc., where innovative IVD products for diabetes management were developed. Seok-Won Lee also held leadership roles at Samsung Techwin, focusing on molecular diagnostics, and at Biosite, where contributions included the development of critical assays and testing systems. An early career at IBM Almaden Research Center involved significant research in polymer interfaces. Educational credentials include a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a postdoctoral fellowship at Stanford University.
