Fran Howard

Fran Howard has served as the Student Services Coordinator at Coahoma Community College since August 2002, where responsibilities include providing instructional career support to career and technical education (CTE) students and assessing their qualifications for special services. Additionally, Fran Howard is a co-owner of Southern Soiree, an event planning company based in Clarksdale, Mississippi, which has been operational since January 2011. Fran Howard holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from the University of Mississippi and a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from the University of Phoenix.
