Flávia Rezende

Flávia Rezende is currently the Director of People and Culture at Coaktion since July 2021. Prior to this role, Flávia held various positions at Business Partners Consulting from April 2010 to August 2020, including Head of Gente & Gestão and Gerente of Recrutamento & Seleção. Flávia also worked as an Instrutora de Aprendizagem at CIEE and an Analista de RH at Esporte Clube Pinheiros. Flávia holds a Pós-Graduação em Psicodrama from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo, a degree in Práticas de Recursos Humanos from FIA, and a degree in Psicologia from Universidade Bandeirante de São Paulo. Currently, Flávia is pursuing an Executive MBA in Administração e Negócios at FIA Business School.
