Leticia Martins has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2010 as an Analyst of Support at South Consulting Signature do Brasil Soluções de Informática LTDA, where they provided support for corporate systems and resolved incidents. Leticia then moved on to work as a Técnico de Suporte Sr. at HOSPITAL DAS CLÍNICAS – FMUSP, where they were responsible for hardware and software maintenance, installation, and troubleshooting. In 2013, they joined EGA Engenharia e Automação as a Consultora de Implantação de Sistemas, where they implemented manufacturing execution systems and provided training and support during the implementation process. In 2017, they joined Aktie Now as an Analista de implantação, where they specialized in implementing the Zendesk platform for various clients and managing the project, configuration, and user training. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Professional Services & Customer Success at Co.Aktion, where they lead the professional services team and ensures customer success.

Leticia Martins completed their education at the following institutions. From 2010 to 2012, they attended Universidade Metodista de São Paulo where they obtained a Tecnólogo em Redes de Computadores degree in Informática. In 2021, they enrolled in ESPM Escola Superior de Propaganda e Marketing and is expected to complete their Master of Business Administration - MBA degree in Gestão da Experiência do Consumidor in 2022.

In addition to their formal education, Leticia has obtained several certifications. In November 2020, they completed the Treinamento Conceitual de Planejamento e Controle by Nexus Advanced Analytics. In July 2018, they completed the Curso SAC 3.0 offered by Reclame Aqui. In February 2021, they received the Gestão 4.0 Imersão & Mentoria certification from Gestão 4.0. Furthermore, in June 2022, they completed the Certificate International Business Program Clientologia Supreme provided by Seeds of Dreams Institute. Lastly, in September 2022, Leticia obtained the Imersão em CS & CX certification from CS Academy.
