Akhilesh Kumar Pandey

Akhilesh Kumar Pandey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and corporate social responsibility, particularly within the coal industry. Since July 2008, Akhilesh has served as a Fellow Member at The Institution of Engineers (India). Currently, Akhilesh holds the position of General Manager (Civil & CSR) at Coal India Limited, where responsibilities include enhancing company infrastructure and developing CSR strategies for sustainable growth. Prior to this role, Akhilesh had a distinguished career at Coal India Limited spanning several decades, including leadership roles in Central Mine Planning and Design Institute, Mahanadi Coalfields Limited, and various other coal-related enterprises. Akhilesh holds a B.Sc. in Civil Engineering from REC Rourkela and has been involved in numerous impactful initiatives, such as providing orthopedic aids to individuals in Odisha through corporate social responsibility projects.
