Lt Cdr Vikrant Kumar

Lt Cdr Vikrant Kumar, (R) PMP, currently serves as a Staff Officer for Security at Coal India Limited since September 2015, overseeing security operations at one of India's largest coal mines. Previously, Vikrant Kumar held various roles in the Indian Navy from August 2005 to August 2015, including Assistant Director for Planning and Administration, where responsibilities included budget estimates and detailed statement of work for installations, and Manager, focusing on the execution of naval ship refits. Additional roles included Chief Technical Officer, where a paperless office and LAN network were established, Technical Officer managing communication systems, and Electrical Specialist Trainee Officer during basic naval training. Vikrant Kumar's educational background includes an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and another MBA from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, as well as an Engineering degree in Instrumentation Technology from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
