Alyssa Hearn

Alyssa Hearn has a diverse professional background in injury management and exercise physiology, currently serving as Group Lead, Claims Lead, and Injury Management Specialist at Coal Services Pty Limited since October 2018. Prior to this role, Alyssa worked as a Case Manager Specialist at EML from March 2018 to October 2018 and as an Injury Management Advisor at CSA Mine Glencore Xstrata from April 2016 to February 2018. Alyssa's earlier experience includes positions at KINNECT as an Injury Prevention, Management, and Health Consultant, and as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist at Body Dynamics Illawarra and Physical Therapy. Additionally, experience includes working as an Exercise Physiologist at Cardiac Rehab Sutherland Hospital. Alyssa is currently pursuing a Diploma of Leadership and Management at the International Teacher Training Academy Australia and holds a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) with Distinction from Charles Sturt University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science (Sport and Exercise Science) from the University of Western Sydney.
