Monique Roberts

Monique Roberts has a diverse work experience in the field of health operations and management. Monique currently serves as the Head of Health Operations at Coal Services Pty Limited since April 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of Partnership and Innovation Manager at the same company since July 2019. Furthermore, Monique also worked as the Northern Region Treatment Team Leader at Coal Services Pty Limited from September 2017.

Before joining Coal Services, Monique worked at Fortescue Metals Group as an Aboriginal Health Specialist from April 2012 to August 2017. Monique'sresponsibilities included leading and coordinating an organizational-wide health strategy with specific targets in Aboriginal Health. Monique also managed return to work and injury case management for all work-related and non-work-related injuries/illnesses. Additionally, Monique developed and implemented health education programs for the organization and tailored health programs for leaders and work groups.

Monique's earlier experience includes working as an Occupational Health Nurse at RIO TINTO ENERGY LIMITED from October 2010 to March 2012.

Monique Roberts completed their education in a chronological order, starting from their Bachelor of Nursing degree at Charles Sturt University, which they obtained from 1994 to 1997. Monique then pursued a Graduate Diploma in Midwifery at the University of Newcastle, completing it in 1999. After that, they received a Certificate in Sexual and Reproductive Health from Family Planning NSW in 2001. Monique furthered their education by obtaining a Masters in Nursing with a specialization in Women's Health from the University of New England (AU) by the year 2003. Lastly, they completed their education by earning a Graduate Diploma in Counselling from the University of New England (AU) in 2008.
