Sheila Krishnan

Sheila Krishnan is an accomplished risk management professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Chief Risk Officer at Coal Services Pty Limited since May 2022, Sheila is responsible for overseeing Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance matters, developing risk policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Previously, Sheila held pivotal positions at AFEX, where responsibilities included directing global credit risk and integrating change management post-mergers, and at Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi as Regional Credit Manager, where significant contributions were made to risk framework development. Early career experience includes serving as Vice President at Refco, focusing on compliance, audit, and regulatory risks. Sheila holds a Master's in Applied Finance from the University of Adelaide, is a Chartered Accountant, and possesses credentials from ACCA and the Australian Institute of Management.
