Ronda has held leadership positions at SAP as the Director of Solution Engineering, Customer Experience, and at CallidusCloud as a Senior Solution Engineer. Ronda began their career at Motorola Solutions, where they held various roles such as Sales Enablement Platform Lead, Business Analyst, Business Operations Manager, Quality Manager, Senior Inside Sales Representative and Team Leader, and Inside Sales Representative. Throughout their career, Ronda has consistently achieved outstanding sales results and demonstrated strong leadership and project management skills.

Ronda Lockwood completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing from Northern Illinois University. This educational milestone occurred from 1996 to 2000. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications throughout their professional career. These certifications include the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification, which they received in November 2022. Ronda also obtained the Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator (SCAA) certification in June 2022 and the Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA) certification in September 2021. Prior to these Salesforce certifications, Ronda Lockwood obtained the Delivering Employee Feedback certification from LinkedIn in February 2020.
