Carolyn Edwards

Carolyn Edwards has over 20 years of progressive work experience in finance and accounting roles. Carolyn is currently the Chief Financial Officer at Coalfire Federal since November 2020. Previously, they worked as an Executive Finance & Accounting Consultant at HENSOLDT INC. from March 2020 to November 2020, and as the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer from September 2017 to March 2020. Carolyn also served as the CFO at Advanced Technology Systems Company from July 2016 to September 2017, and as the VP Finance at L-3 Communications from August 2014 to January 2016. Carolyn has held various finance and accounting positions at Technica Corporation, DRS Technologies, Stanley Associates, L-3 Communications - L-3 STRATIS/NSS, Identix Public Sector Inc, and CA Technologies/Computer Associates (formerly Sterling Software) throughout their career.

Carolyn Edwards obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration/Accounting from San Jose State University in 1992. Carolyn also holds a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the Virginia Board of Accountancy, obtained in 1999.
