Project Management Team

The Project Management Team at Coalfire Federal oversees and coordinates cybersecurity projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. They manage resources, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and maintain project documentation to ensure the successful delivery of cybersecurity services and assessments, particularly in support of FedRAMP and CMMC compliance initiatives.
