Will Small

Will Small, CPA, is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as a Senior Tax Analyst at Coalfire since April 2025. Previously, Will held positions including Assistant Controller at Horizon Hobby, Senior Tax Associate at Baker Tilly US, and Senior Tax Consultant at True Partners Consulting, where responsibilities spanned from consulting to tax analysis. Will began the tax career as a Tax Consultant Intern at True Partners Consulting and gained early experience as an Accounting Intern at the University of Illinois. Will holds both a Master’s Degree in Accounting with a Tax concentration and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, along with a strong foundational background in various roles including marketing and customer service during earlier employment.
