Katie Mack has extensive experience in social work and client advocacy, currently serving as the Director of the First Step Job Training Program and the Director of the Client Advocacy Program at Coalition for the Homeless, Inc. since 2010. The Client Advocacy Program focuses on providing intensive case management to assist homeless adults with disabilities in obtaining federal disability benefits and permanent supportive housing. Previously, Katie Mack held positions as a Research Assistant at Fordham University and as a Social Work Intern at both Sauti Yetu Center for African Women and Coalition for the Homeless. Katie Mack earned a Master's degree in Social Work from Fordham University, specializing in Client-Centered Management and Global Service.
