Yi Liu

Yi Liu is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the tech industry, currently serving as General Manager for Gusto's Embedded Payroll business since March 2015, overseeing product, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer experience. Prior roles at Gusto include Head of Insights & Operations, Head of Business Insights & Operations, Head of Payroll Operations, and New Customer Onboarding Lead, where significant contributions to team building, strategic planning, and operational efficiency were made. Additionally, since April 2023, Yi Liu has been a Founding Operator at Coalition Operators, facilitating connections between senior leaders and startups.
